    Use of COE Content

    You are permitted to use COE content to instruct students (which may include family members and friends). You may print out, photocopy and distribute content to students as long as you are the main instructor and the content will not be used by others to teach your students. 

    You are not permitted to:

    a) resell the content in either electronic or printed form

    b) use material for an entire school system

    c) loan content, whether in printed or electronic form, to another person

    d) charge students and others for any COE material 

    e) redistribute content in electronic form, including on floppy disks, CDROMs, ZIP cartridges, and web pages.

    Username and Password Restrictions

    Your username and password are for your personal use only. Anyone found to share or distribute their username and password will have their membership terminated immediately.

By activating an COE membership, you agree to comply with COE Terms of Service. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit, or other proceeding against COE based on your conduct or use of COE materials, you agree to compensate COE (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) for any and all losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by COE in connection with any such claim, lawsuit, or proceeding. COE is the final arbiter of how one IS and IS NOT allowed to use our images and text. Actions or activities that may cause termination of your membership include, but are not limited to:

  1. Using in the registration of your COE membership an email account that is not your own or that is or becomes inactive.
  2. Requesting a chargeback, or otherwise causing payment for an COE membership to be stopped or rescinded.

COE reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By activating an COE membership you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service.

COE reserves the right to release current or past member information in the event COE believes that the membership is being or has been used in violation of the Terms of Service or to commit unlawful acts or if the information is subpoenaed.
