Your privacy is important to us at Children Only ESL/EFL (COE). Please read the following notice to see how we use, collect and protect the information you pass on to us.

When you visit our web pages, our web server recognizes only your domain name (ISP address), and not your email address. We use this information to determine which parts of the website are being used by our customers and for how long. This helps us in improving the site.

When you become a member of COE you provide us with your name, address, phone number and email address. We keep this information on file for two reasons. 1) In case you ever lose your password, you can simply email us with your name and address, and, after verifying that you have a valid account with us, we will email you back your old password, or create a new one for you. 2) When your subscription is close to expiring after one year, we will send you a brief email notice asking if you would like to re-subscribe to our site.

The customer information that you submit to COE remains your property. We do not sell, lend or rent your name or email address to other companies.

Please note that though we have your email address on file, we do not know when you personally are visiting the site.

COE does not keep your credit card number on our computers. In fact, we never even see your credit card number. The only information that we receive is what type of card you are using (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

COE uses InternetSecure as our credit card processing gateway. Since 1996, InternetSecure has been approved by the top five Canadian banks to provide secure, online, real-time credit card processing for certified Internet merchants. Your credit card number is NOT given to any merchant (including COE) or kept on any computer attached to the Internet. To ensure consumer privacy, InternetSecure will not sell, rent or divulge any personal information about this transaction to any third party other than COE and your bank.
